(This privacy policy is provided in English for international visitors. The responsible entity is based in Germany and subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR.)

  1. Controller and Contact
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is BewusstProduktiv (personal project).
For questions regarding data protection, you may contact us at any time by email: info@bewusstproduktiv.de.
A data protection officer has not been appointed, as the legal requirements for this do not apply.
  2. General Principles of Data Processing
We process personal data only for specific purposes and to the extent necessary. This means that data is collected and used only if there is a clear purpose and a legal basis (e.g., consent or legitimate interest). Transparency is important to us – below we explain which data is processed for which purposes.
We comply with all relevant data protection regulations, especially the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  3. Hosting and Server Log Files
When you visit our website, your browser automatically transmits certain technical information to our web server (e.g., IP address, date/time of access, requested page, referrer URL, browser, operating system).
This information is temporarily stored in server log files. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing a stable and secure website). Log files are deleted regularly. No data is merged with other data sources.
  4. Cookies and Consent
    This website uses cookies.

When you first visit the site, a cookie banner appears, allowing you to select which cookies you permit. Your consent can be changed or withdrawn at any time via the link “Cookie settings” in the footer.

  1. Web Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
If you have given your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Ltd.

We have concluded EU Standard Contractual Clauses with Google to ensure adequate data protection.
Default data retention in Google Analytics is 14 months (unless configured otherwise).

  1. Contact by Email
If you contact us by email (e.g., via info@bewusstproduktiv.de), your transmitted data (e.g., email address, message content) will be stored to process your request.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing inquiries).
  2. Embedded Third-Party Content
Currently, no external content or plugins (e.g., YouTube, Google Maps, Social Media) are embedded that transfer personal data to third parties. If this changes in the future, we will inform you here and, if necessary, request your consent.
  3. Data Sharing and Processing by Third Parties
Personal data is only shared in legally permitted cases.
This includes the use of service providers (processors under Art. 28 GDPR) who are contractually bound to comply with data protection requirements (e.g., hosting providers).
Transfer to third countries (outside EU/EEA) occurs only in exceptional cases (e.g., data transfer to Google in the USA as part of Analytics, based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
  4. Data Retention
We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose. After the purpose ceases, the data is deleted unless legal obligations (e.g., tax or commercial retention periods) require otherwise. If data is processed based on your consent, it will be deleted upon withdrawal of your consent unless another legal basis applies.
  5. Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights:
  1. Automated Decisions
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling according to Art. 22 GDPR.
  2. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We keep this privacy policy updated. In case of legal changes or changes in our services, the policy will be adjusted accordingly. The latest version is always available on this page.
